Bought a vehicle online, since I am out of state. I dealt with Ray, who was very helpful, and communicated via text and email during the process. Everything went smoothly and the car was shipped in a covered trailer to me. Observations for those car shopping (and not a criticism): Like many dealerships, there are the fees that appear for "dealership fee", "reconditioning fee", and "appearance protection" treatment which add on to the initial selling price, so be prepared.
